Unhappy from South America (Contact Member) -

My Nokia 770 AC Adapter died (it had some help from my cat).

In trying to find out where to get a new one on Nokia's website, I ran into the requirement to use flash (I can't stand that program and its nearly impossible to get rid of if installed). A simple list of service centers or stores that carry their product isn't something that needs Flash anyway.

I emailed their support center and was told the next day that they don't have any information about the country I am in and their website requires flash.

I answered that flash is a problem and asked about a nearby country. The answer to that was back to their website.

I would recommend you never purchase any product of any kind from any company that requires you to use flash to receive vital information from their website.

I finally found an adapter without the help of Nokia. I bought a generic one just to make sure Nokia wouldn't benefit financially from their lack of service.
